Workout: TT DB/BW Lvl 2 Workout A

Instead of watching the VP Debate Debacle, I decided to make up for my missed morning workout and get to doing my first level 2 Turbulence Training workout. And DAMN it was hard.

Exercise Weight
DB Squat 45lbs/hand
DB Incline 45lbs/hand
Assisted Chin-up 12/lb counterweight.
DB Romanian Deadlift 45lbs/hand

The straight up weights were easy. It was all the new body-weight exercises that killed me. Spider-man push-ups, Decline Push-ups, Burpees, Squat thrusts … combined with 100 pushups, I should soon have an All-Star physique that matches All-Star Superman

And no, that’s not the Halloween costume I am building up to.
